I am a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky; having either purchased farms myself for active operations or assisted many with buying the right property at the right price. Again, defining the goals of the owner are of highest priority. Likewise, matching buyers and sellers has provided tremendous satisfaction for me.

I work for either the buyer or seller, and always have clients who can use my services; which are based upon what is good for both parties. Also, I specialize in 1031 exchanges and helping both parties evaluate non-traditional land contracts. I operate on the theory that each party must have a clear understanding of options to reach their goals.
